60-day transformation guarantee: if our workmanship or the materials we chose miss inside the written scope, we correct it at our cost. Causes outside our control — weather, water not applied, traffic, pets, new pest pressure or third-party damage — are diagnosed and priced separately. Chemical applications performed by a licensed applicator.

The 60 days run from the day you sign off on the finished work.

How a claim works

1. Tell your Lawn Advisor. We come out and verify the cause before any corrective work starts — nobody argues from a photo.
2. Our first remedy is to correct the work.
3. One corrective visit is included in the price. A second needs a written decision from us, not a silent repeat.

Performance Care is a program, not a project

It carries no outcome promise. It includes covered application revisits between scheduled visits when a treatment did not hold. Anything the lawn needs beyond the program — a repair, a rebuild, a drainage fix — is diagnosed and priced as its own work, and only when the diagnosis says it is needed.
