Terms of Service

Dad Lawn diagnoses properties, builds a prioritized plan, coordinates qualified professionals to perform the work, and manages ongoing lawn health. We own the diagnosis, the plan, the schedule, the quality standard, and your relationship with us.

Requesting a Lawn Score costs nothing and obligates you to nothing. Availability is limited by our route schedule and capacity, and we may decline or reschedule a visit — for example if your property is outside an active service area.

The Lawn Report reflects conditions observed on the day of the visit and the samples taken. Lawns are living systems affected by weather, water, use, and time; the report is professional judgment, not a guarantee of any particular future outcome.

Specialty applications and installations are performed by qualified, appropriately licensed professionals under the Dad Lawn plan and quality standard. We remain your point of contact: we set the scope, schedule the work, verify completion, and handle any issue. Please raise concerns with us rather than renegotiating scope directly with a professional on site.

Proposals are valid for the period stated on them and reflect the property as diagnosed. If conditions materially differ from what was observed — hidden drainage problems, undisclosed prior treatments, access limitations — we will tell you and agree any change with you before proceeding.

A deposit reserves your project and scheduling. Remaining amounts are due as stated in the proposal. Memberships bill on the cycle you select and continue until cancelled.

• →Keeping people and pets clear of treated areas for any period we specify.
• →Following watering, mowing, and traffic guidance — results depend on it, and guarantees are conditioned on it.

Where a written guarantee is stated in your proposal, it applies for the period given and is conditioned on you meeting the responsibilities above and on the property receiving the prescribed care. It covers our workmanship and the results the plan was designed to produce. It does not cover damage from weather extremes, neglect, pests or disease outside the scope purchased, construction, pets, or work performed by others.

If something is not right, tell us. Our first remedy is to correct the work.

Seasonal timing matters — some work is only appropriate in specific windows, and we will not perform work at a time likely to fail. We may reschedule for weather or agronomic conditions. Please give us reasonable notice to cancel or reschedule so we can offer the slot to another homeowner.

You may cancel a membership at any time as described in your membership terms. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

We document work with photographs for quality and warranty purposes. We ask separately before using any image publicly, and you may decline without affecting your service or pricing.

We are responsible for performing our services with reasonable skill and care. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the service giving rise to it. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

Dad Lawn LLC is a Missouri limited liability company registered to do business in North Carolina. These terms, and the services performed at your property, are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
